Wonderful experience with 901 Pest after a year. Always on time and on the day they say. They are easy to communicate with and friendly…both the office staff and the field techs. They are very thorough when treating. We use them for Exterior treatment, interior treatment (have only had one initial treatment and haven’t needed any since), and mosquito spray in 3 of the 4 seasons. We still see and have some mosquitos, but I don’t think ANY company can get them to zero, unfortunately. Especially in a yard with trees.They are very thorough in their mosquito spray application. I also could not believe how fast there products work as I could not u destined why I had ants in my brand new home, Mike did not waste time educating me and also Matt did not mind giving me all the details on what they do and how there products work. I never knew that one little creature that makes its way inside produces 50 to 60 more. The tech they sent me whose name was Adam was great! He was knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and brought a great spirit with him. The kind that says he cares about what I am experiencing. He took care of every nook and cranny. I watched his every move, he was thorough. I even requested some additional areas and like Santa, he said not a word but went straight to work. Our very last conversation was a question that he asked, " Would there be anything else?" he said. Thank you for doing your job above my expectation. They came out and did an inspection, set up exclusion, installed bait stations, and sanitized our attic. They were able to solve our issue in a matter of a couple of days. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and did quality work. Highly recommend!
